Please note: Most plans are data-only and do not include voice or SMS unless specifically stated.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Your device is unlocked

  • The plan is compatible with the country or region you intend to use it in

We are not responsible for purchases made using incompatible devices. A compatibility list is available on our website.

6. Refund Policy

Because eSIMs are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered in limited cases such as:

  • Failed activation due to a technical error on our side

  • Duplicate purchases made by accident

To request a refund, please email info@esim24.app with your order details.

7. Fair Usage and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing eSIM plans without authorization

  • Using services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack our platform
